Have you experienced any problems with our products? We regret this problem, but we can try to resolve the situation: first write to customercare@23bassihome.it and explain the matter.

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery in cases of non-conformity, defect or damage. To do so, you must open a return or complaint file for a damaged or non-conforming product by contacting Customer Service and specifying the necessary details (order code, products concerned, contact information, etc.) at customercare@23bassihome.it. 23Bassi SRL will then check whether the necessary conditions for a return procedure have been met.

In the event of a damaged or defective product, the shipping costs to be incurred for the return of the goods will be paid by 23Bassi Srl.

Only two product changes for non-conformity are permitted. A decision will then be made with the customer as to whether to issue a refund or a voucher of the same value as the product to be returned.

If the order has to be changed as a result of a subsequent change of mind or modification of the customer's initial choice, the customer must bear the shipping costs of the replacement or additional products.

Following the request, Customer Service will communicate whether it will be necessary to return the purchased product, using the express courier service provided by 23Bassi SRL at its own expense, or whether it will be possible to obtain a refund without shipping the goods.

In order to make a return, the customer must be available on a working day to receive the courier at the address indicated at the time of purchase.

Returned products will only be accepted if they are perfectly intact and in their original packaging; otherwise a refund or replacement cannot be guaranteed.

If an order needs to be changed, the shipping costs for the additional products must be paid by the customer.

What to do on receiving delivery

We advise all our customers to check the goods immediately after collecting the shipment. We want you to be satisfied: if something does not conform to your purchase, we will refund the full amount of the purchase.

Some tips for delivery

When you receive the goods, first make sure that the packaging is intact. If this is not the case, please do NOT collect the goods: refuse to accept them. In that case, please let us know so that we can quickly reship the purchased goods.

In the event of minor anomalies, we advise you to sign the document of receipt of the goods by inserting the words "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE", so that it will be easier to obtain reimbursement for transport damage.

If the goods received inside the package are damaged or incomplete, it is advisable to photograph them immediately: in the event of a refund request, Customer Service may request a photo in order to understand and verify the actual problem.
