What is 23Bassi Home?

We are an e-commerce company where design and home furnishing products are sold. The selection and design of our products is carried out directly by Chiara Frigerio and Andrea Roscini, owners of 23Bassi Srl and of their architecture studio in Milan, specialised in architecture and interior design: all the studio's projects can be found on www.23bassihome.com

How can I order on www.23bassihome.com?

Simple! You directly select the desired product and the quantity, and then proceed by clicking on Add to Cart. Click on View Cart to view all products, or click on Payment to proceed to checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have completed and paid your order, you will not be able to change it. We therefore advise you to carefully check the items you are purchasing before proceeding to payment. If you wish to change your order, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there is no minimum order.

How can I pay?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Italy above €200 is free. Below €200 the shipping cost will vary according to the total weight of the order and the destination area. Consult the Shipping page for more information.

How quickly will my order be processed?

You will receive your order after 5 working days.

Can I request a shipment from outside the European Union?

Upon request, by sending an email to customercare@23bassihome.it, you will then receive an estimate for shipment outside the European Union.

What should I do when I receive a shipment from you?

Always check your order at the moment of delivery: it is important to check that the packaging has not been damaged, and any signs of breakage or anomalies regarding its contents. In the event of anomalies, write the words "Acceptance with reservation" on the carrier's delivery note when signing, and write to customercare@23bassihome.it giving details of the delivery.
